PNC Development Bank launched a $26 million initiative
to redevelop and infuse economic activity into the
blighted historical area of Cincinnatti known as Over-the-
Rhine. Entitled “Project Jericho”, the intiative presented
a combination of office, retail, and residential
development creating homes and jobs and reigniting the
commercial vibrancy of the formerly depressed area.
As an advisor to PNC, Red Rock Global led the planning
of Project Jericho, negotiating a 20% investment in the
development from the City of Cincinnati, and promoting
the formation of the Over-the-Rhine Revitalization
Corporation, a non-profit organization focused on the
economic sustainability of the community.
