The City of Denver sought to redevelop
the largest Performing Arts Complex in
the midwest. With plans to develop a new
concert hall, Red Rock Global joined with
RLJ Development to complete the planning
of a redevelopment of the Center’s retail and
parking to include a multitude of possible
uses including new offices and a select
service hotel.
Red Rock Global planned and negotiated all
aspects of the proposed redevelopment including
site control, financing and a hotel partner.
Ultimately, the project became a catalyst for
reworking the City’s Performing Arts Complex
redevelopment strategy, including a new Downtown
parking study and Concert Hall redesign.
