Our recommendation brought forward a quality team that included the services of
HOK and the local development partner H.J. Russell Co. In order to support the
financial and civic goals of Big Bethel AME, documenting a historical perspective to
redevelopment was critical. Our plan included a complete redevelopment plan,
project budgets, economic impact studies, feasibility studies, leasing strategies and
ultimately a successful New Market Tax Credit application.
