6,800 square foot, $1.1 million buildout
of restaurant space at the Cobb Galleria
Convention Center. RRG was responsible
for leasing and project management
services for a 10 year old vacant
restaurant space.
Red Rock Global’s experience in third party project
management helped to secure qualified vendors and
contractors with expertise in restaurant renovations
and construction. The age of the property and
lack of historical as built drawings made a design/
build process the preferred method of design and
construction. During the course of the project, several
unanticipated existing conditions were discovered in
the electrical and plumbing systems. These conditions
required significant value engineering and scope
management in order to minimize cost overruns.
