The Atlanta Housing Authority selected Red Rock Global
as their real estate broker and advisor. In this role, RRG
is responsible for the important task of land assemblage,
acquisition analysis and strategy creation for acquiring
the land necessary for the Authority’s new housing
developments.

property values and their full redevelopment potential.
This knowledge has enabled AHA to “tie up” assets for
little cost while placing other essential assets under
contract at below market rates. One of RRG’s most
successful strategies has been to “clean up” adjacent
properties in conjunction with the assemblage through a
process of facilitating third party transactions with
qualified local investors and developers. This will allow
AHA to take the benefit of improved areas surrounding
their developments, without the expending their own
capital to do so.
